Profile
The group of Prof. Dr. Steinhilber
focuses on the elucidation of
mechanisms which are involved
in inflammatory diseases and
pain. The studies are done on
DNA and Protein level, both
under structural aspects (identification
of DNA sequences/ proteins)
and functional points of view
(regulation of DNA transcription/
protein activity).
