The
GBG research GmbH is an academic
research organization which
designs, organizes and carries
out national and international
therapy studies with mamma carcinomas.
The goal of the studies are
the improvement of breast cancer
diagnostic, as well as the therapy
optimization of primary and
advanced stages, and the establishment
of preventive treatment. The
joined study group, the German
Breast Group (GBG), possesses
the largest network of clinical
institutions in this research
area in Germany. The GBG combines
academic and medicinal know-how
with economical flexibility.
Corporations with international
study groups, as well as with
the pharmaceutical industry,
enable the GBG to test very
early, novel, cancer drugs in
Germany.
